A New Chapter for ESMA

September 4th marks a significant generational transition at ESMA.

After many years as CEO, Christian Hähle is handing over the reins to his son, Viktor Hähle, who is now assuming the role of CEO and taking on the responsibility of leading ESMA into the future.

A big thank you to Christian for his dedication, leadership, and everything he has built over the years. At the same time, it is both inspiring and promising to welcome Viktor into the role of CEO.

Viktor brings a leadership style characterized by humility, trust, and a strong belief in the people around him. These qualities foster a sense of security and engagement, as well as a shared drive for development.

We look forward to the journey ahead with great optimism and are convinced that ESMA will continue to grow and evolve, upholding the same strong values while embracing new perspectives and fresh energy.
